Cancellation policy in accordance with the UVH Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry: If you wish to cancel your booking more than 14 day (s) before arrival, we will charge 15% of the reservation value. If canceled more than 7 days 35%, more than 3 days 60%, more than 24 hours 85% and within 24 hours 100%. Please keep in mind that the day of arrival starts at midnight.

check-in is possible between 3 pm and 6 pm or by appointment.

It is not allowed to bring pets and it is not allowed to smoke in both apartments.
